What are my payment options?

All major credit cards are accepted. Billing address must match shipping address & the name must match number on the card.

Can I see through the 'Be Selfish' lenses?
A:
Nope! Less practicality, more fashion! Our designs that come with the 'Be Selfish' lenses sit low on the nose for a peekaboo look! PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THESE AND DRIVE IF YOU CANNOT SEE!
Q:
One or more of my crystals went missing , what do I do? 
A:
Although each crystal is set with industrial glue, we understand things can still go wrong. Lucky for you all sunnies come with a free 7 month warranty! Just contact us via email and we'll get everything back on track for you! *Warranty for crystals only*
 
Q:
How long will I wait to receive my sunnies after ordering?
A:
All pieces are made by hand to order. Once your order is placed, your order is processed for up to 10 business days (not including weekends). Key words, "up to"! Your order may take less than 10 business days and that's just what we aim for! However This does not include the 2/3 day shipping time. Expedited shipping available.
 
Q:
I love the new design that was just released, but I want to change the color crystals on the lenses. Can I?
A: 
Of course you can! That'll be considered a custom order. Just contact us via email with your request and we'll send you a custom invoice. Once your invoice has been paid, the process will start! All custom orders come with a processing time of up to 15 business day (not including weekends) so please be mindful when placing your order. Rush custom orders also available. This time frame is in place to ensure all materials are in stock for you. Time frame can be shorter if we have the necessary products in stock. Intricate designs may have a longer processing time. All will be discussed and disclosed via email!  
 
Q:
I missed the sale and the sunnies I'm craving are locked in the vault. How can I place an order for them?
A:
We like to keep our items limited and exclusive, hence why we only release sunnies once unless brought back by popular demand.. BUT we understand when you want something, you just HAVE to have it! Feel free to place a custom order with the exact description as the sunnies you fell in love with! 
 
Q:
I have a special event coming up, but I don't have time to wait the regular processing time. Do you rush orders?
A:
Why yes we do! Rush your order for a fee of $60 USD due at checkout to move your order to the front! Rush orders come with a 3 business day processing time (not including shipping time) vs the regular 10 business day wait! If materials are not in stock, we will notify you before processing your order! We will never process a rush order if the materials are not in stock without contacting you first. If this is the case, we will need to order the materials and that will most likely run through the 3 business day processing time. However, we usually try to keep all materials stocked up for you guys! Please email for custom invoice.
 
Q:
Do you allow stylist to pull pieces for shoots/events?
A:
Yes! Just shoot us an email with your direct contact, social media handles/website and reason for pulling! Please be specific. All pieces must be returned promptly if pulling.
